Meet Gerry Lycholat, Cindy (Knutson) Lycholat & Debbie Berndt

Knutson Bros. II LLC (a.k.a. KB2 Remodeling) is a small, local, family-owned & operated Wisconsin LLC founded by Cindy (Knutson) Lycholat, and her husband Gerry Lycholat almost 20 years ago. Prior to founding KB2, Cindy was Vice President of a remodeling firm in West Allis, Wisconsin.

We choose to stay near the communities in which we live, focusing on remodeling and home repairs in southeastern Wisconsin communities in Walworth, Racine, and Waukesha counties. We are proud members of the Lakeland Builders Association.

We want you to meet our dogs, Spot and Hunter. While we recently lost Spot after many wonderful years, he will always be a part of who we are.  We are proud to make a contribution to the Lakeland Animal Shelter for every referral we receive.
